Customer Review: You really can't Beat them for only $6.00
What can I say, they were $6.00 gloves, so I can't expect that much. They did fray (without cutting them) by the end of the first day, before I washed them. But they made it through the day, kept me from bruising up my hands (yes I got hit a few times). And they survived the washer and will be good enough to use again at my next game. I figure for the price I'll wear them into the dirt and probably buy a new pair (the same kind) when they die. Because you really can't Beat them for only $6.00.

Dodge Ball/Bowling/Paintball for the Gameboy Advance seems
like a great deal because it gives you three games for one low price, but there is a hitch and I don't want you to fall for it. Here is the hitch: all three games are terrible and do not warrent a purchase. The dodgeball game pits against the CPU in a simple court. You have three players in your side and the CPU has three players on his. You must hit each players three times before you win so a total of nine times to kick them out of the court. The graphics are weak, the character animations are cheap and the controls are sluggish. It plays very slowly and has a boring feel to it. The paintball game is just as bad, placing your character in a practically barren grassy field, with cheap animations and sound effects. Funny thing about the paintball is that when you get shot or you hit the CPU players you DO NOT see any paint splatter, which is pathetic! Are the gamemakers saying that the paint effect is cannot be handled by the GBA's 32-Bit power? Then finally there is the bowling game, this is the only redeeming game in the package but still falls short in the fun department. The graphics in bowling are clean and the controls are servicable but the game still feels bland and empty. Overall this game is a terrible purchase because you get three junky games. Save your money and purchase something else. I recommend the GBA game called, Super Dodgeball Advance.

Customer Review: Good for 200 Rounds
I oiled all of the O-rings with the oil provided according to instruction. The first 200 rounds fired flawlessly...then it was all downhill from there. The marker then went to rapid fire for about 5 shots. I recocked it...and another 5 rapid fires. So I broke the weapon down, cleaned and re-oiled (in case I missed anything). Again the first 200 rounds or so fired perfectly. Then the cycle repeated itself two more times. I am in the process of returning the entire kit. PLEASE spend the extra money and buy something of quality. It's embarrassing/frustrating when your Discount gear fails you in the middle of the game and you have to watch from the sidelines. Please learn from my lesson. I now have to endure the hassles of repacking, paying shipping costs, and waiting for a refund.

I have read this book many times now, admitedly the weaponry section is dated, however Ricahrd Cooke wrote this book in 1992 when paintball was still young in the UK.
The tactics section is very good though and i have used many of these tactics during games to great effect.
the list of sites and suppliers is useful too, amazingly most of them are still running too 12 years on after the book was written. Great writing and would recommend to any one interested in paintballing

Customer Review: Very comfortable
Comfortable and of pretty decent construction. The waist cinch straps are great -- adjusts the fit like a belt, but lots more convenient (and there are still belt loops if you want them.)
Anywhere there's a button closure (thigh and rear pockets, plus the fly. I mostly notice this with the fly), the two-ply button flap has a seam separating individual buttons, so when buttoning or unbuttoning you can't slide your fingers down from button to button but must actually pull them out, move down and back in.
I found the proportions to be pretty good in most respects, but it's a bit baggy in the crotch; the length of cut between the top of the inseam and the top of the waistband is longer than is typical for jeans in similar sizes.
The material (55% cotton, 45% polyester, twill-pattern weave) is pretty soft, but is not noiseless. There's a definite rasp when it slides over skin. Not as loud as some slacks I've worn of similar material proportions, but louder than a cotton pair of jeans.
I've observed only slight shrinkage when laundered with hot water and a hot dryer.
These pants are made in China, in case you care (military replica vendors often seem to make a point of this.)

this gun is sick i the only thing i would recomend is that you will have to get an after market bolt and a new freak jr barrel because when its on full auto with the stock barrel balls go all over the place and never seem to hit any one.
Customer Review: As good as it get
I have been playing paintball for 6 months by now, and I previously owned a Spyder Pilot ACS. I felt that I need a gun that allow me to progress as long as I practice. The Smart Parts ION is a gun that is most used by noobs, but that doesn't means that you have to be a noob to use it. This gun is highly upgradeable, I think it is the gun that has more aftermarket upgrades. You can add upgrades as you become a better player so it can keep up with and you don't need a new gun. With each upgrade you feel you have a new gun. But you don't need to upgrade it to use it.
Out-of-the-box is accurate, consistant and do not kick when shooting (compared to a Spyder). I have only one word to describe it... SMOOTH!!
The only bad thing (Out-of-the-box) is its feed neck, try to get a new one with the gun, maybe a trinity mini or smart parts q-lock. I have a Halo B loader and it is too thick for the feed neck so I sanded the feed neck untill it fitted, but you can also sand the loader (most common solution). Then I bought a Trinity Mini Lo-Rise feed neck.
Another advice... don't use CO2 with this gun, it will freeze every o-ring inside it or even burn the board, because one of the valves releases its gas waste to the board area, maybe for better temperature to the board, but just use nitro (hpa, compressed air), not CO2.
If you have the money.. BUY IT!! IT WORTH EVERY CENT!!

This shirt uses the MARPAT camoflauge pattern, which resembles a digital printout. Please be aware that this is the same pattern currently used by the USMC. The "disruptive" pattern is supposed to blend in better with the surroundings than the typical camoflauge pattern. This is the real deal.
